With more than 37 years of expertise in the Nepalese banking sector, Mr. Pande is the Chairman of Nepal Investment Bank Ltd. and a founding member of The Himalayan Bank Ltd. From the Central Bank of Nepal, he was assigned to the IMF from 1986 to 1988. He graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with a Charter Accountancy degree.

Ltd., where she also serves as publisher. She worked at Specialty Media, a renowned publisher of periodicals in the business, leisure, gaming, travel, and in-flight sectors in Nepal and India. Prior to that, Charu worked as a freelance journalist, photographer, and filmmaker for both domestic and foreign media. She has ties to the tourism sector in Nepal, focused on marketing and communications. A pioneer in the fitness sector, Rage Fitness is co-owned by her.

In addition to being a member of the UIAA, he serves as the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Nepal. Additionally, he serves on the National Tourism Council of Nepal's board, which is presided over by the country's prime minister. Numerous honors, certificates, and letters of appreciation in the field of tourism have been given to him.

Mr. Sherpa has more than 50 years of experience in the travel industry. He has served as chairman of 8 (eight) different organizations, including Asian Trek Pvt. Ltd. In addition to being a member of the UIAA, he serves as the Honorary Consul of Belgium in Nepal. Additionally, he serves on the National Tourism Council of Nepal's board, which is presided over by the country's prime minister. Numerous honors, certificates, and letters of appreciation in the field of tourism have been given to him.

Mr. Rana is a seasoned international development professional with over 20 years of leadership experience driving economic growth, policy reform, and inclusive finance, that includes executive roles. His diverse expertise spans agro-forestry value chains, MSME financing, public-private dialogue, and trade, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution. He has worked closely with government bodies, political leaders, private sector stakeholders, and civil society to design and implement impactful development initiatives. As Chief of Party for DAI’s project in Nepal and former Country Director for ICF International, he has facilitated shaping policies to expand SME access to finance, foster resilient local economies, and strengthen Nepal’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. He holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and executive leadership training from Harvard University.

Rameshore P. Khanal

Mr. Khanal is a former secretary of the Ministry of Finance with more than 31 years of experience in the civil service. He was a member of the boards of directors of the Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank), Rastriya Banijya Bank, Nepal Telecom Company, and Nepal Airlines in addition to serving as chairman of the board at the Agricultural Development Bank. He served as the Nepalese Prime Minister's chief economic advisor.

As Chairman of Sir Edmund Hillary's Himalayan Trust UK, Graham has been visiting Nepal since 1981 and has established a long-standing relationship with Nepal. Graham started the Samriddha Pahad program for Nepal in 2009 AD and has been offering free consultations to the organization ever since. Graham worked at Bain & Company, founded Permira as a partner, and served on its management board as it developed into one of the top international private equity firms. He left the company in 2006 to finish an MSC in development economics at SOAS in order to retrain for a new job in international development. Since then, he has worked in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia, concentrating on using his investing expertise to bring long-term investment capital to support the development and growth of the private sector in these nations. He served as Chairman of British International Investment, the UK's Development Finance Institution from 2013 to 2022.
