Mr. Neupane has over 14 years of project management expertise in the field of development. He joined SP in the year of its founding (2011) and served as a member of the management team until 2018. He served as a financial inclusion advisor for the Sakchyam program run by DFID and as a business capacity development specialist for the SEDRA program run by KFW. He has experience in business management, project leadership, access to finance and microfinance, and involvement with the private sector.

Mr. Giree has more than 7 years of financial industry expertise. He has expertise auditing numerous INGOs, NGOs, hospitals, colleges, and private organizations. Prior to joining Samriddha Pahad, he worked as an auditor. Raja Ram has also helped with training for many business organizations in areas including financial management, income tax and VAT, and Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, and Power Point). These trainings have been done under the direct supervision of Chartered Accountants. He is well-versed in accounting and data processing applications including Microsoft Dynamic Navision 2013, MIDAS, SWASTIK, and Tally.

Sneha Shrestha has diverse work experience across the US, Nepal, and India, including management consulting in Boston, working in Nepal’s development sector, and doing art therapy in Tamil Nadu. Sneha is the CEO of Alliance Asia, a development consulting firm in Nepal. She also worked with Louis Berger/WSP as Program Manager; and with DT Global as Country Programs Coordinator for Nepal. She was also a core member of Samriddha Pahad, and led the fundraising, monitoring & evaluation, and communication departments. Sneha has an academic background in art therapy, economics, and film from Swarthmore College (USA), INSEAD (MBA, France/Singapore), Prague Film School, and Tuck School of Business. Sneha has been associated with Samriddha Pahad for the past 12 years and has been a great support for the company.

Mr. Gautam has over 10 years of experience in the development sector in the areas of administration, logistics, training delivery, and program management. He has extensive experience in developing the Financial Literacy Training Manual and conducting it. He also has experience in disaster management and research activities.

Since 2002, Ms. Changsu has worked in the development sector in a variety of roles and capacities, including social mobilizer, program supervisor, and program coordinator. She has 17 years of work experience, and she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table in the areas of planning, implementation, coordination, communication, monitoring, training facilitation, and reporting.

Raju Magar, a skilled Sub Engineer, has over 15 years of experience in community infrastructure development. He specializes in planning, designing, and implementing rural infrastructure projects, ensuring sustainability and efficiency. His expertise include water supply systems, road construction, and community-based development initiatives.

Ms. Rijal is a dedicated environmental professional with expertise in dendrochronology, climate change, biodiversity conservation, and environmental monitoring. She holds Masters of Science in Environment from Tribhuvan University and has over two years of experience in research, data analysis, GIS applications, and stakeholder engagement. Her professional journey includes conducting research, crafting proposals and concept notes, managing surveys and data collection, analyzing data, drafting reports, and coordinating outreach programs. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to align projects with donor priorities, organizational goals, and the needs of communities at the grassroots level. Passionate about sustainability and community empowerment, she is committed to research, communication and driving sustainable environmental impact.
