Kanchenjunga Conservation Area Management Council (KCAMC) was established in 2003 with the purpose of managing the KCA as a whole by enlisting the help of neighborhood residents. Since its inception, KCAMC and its affiliated organizations have been engaged in conservation and sustainable development initiatives in accordance with the KCA Management Plan (2014-2018). Samriddha Pahad started collaboratively working together with KCAMC since 2015. As partners we have been working together in the conservation of Kangchenjunga area, building the infrastructure and working together for the welfare of the region.

Mahila Jagaran Sangha Ilam is a non-governmental organization affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Affiliation No. 582) in 1991. By establishing district offices in Ilam and Panchthar, it has been carrying out social activities in other parts of the country as well. Mahila Jagaran Sangha has been conducting programs specifically in the fields of female empowerment and capacity development of the cooperatives. Samriddha Pahad has been partnering with Mahila Jagaran Sangh since 2011. At present, they are working in the second phase of the Access to Finance and Tourism Promotion.
